The management structure of the school consists of a board of trustees which includes seasoned education practitioners as well as other well established professionals and administrators. The board takes care of major decisions concerning the school.
Reporting to the board is the School Director who in turn directs the Head mistress and administrator. The headmistress is in charge of academic matters while the administrator handles the non academic issues.
